The 380 kcal Chicken Seekh Wrap is an authentic South Asian / Arab delicacy that tingles your taste buds.

This delicious wrap has a generous 16.8g of protein. Chicken and curd nearly fulfil the necessary daily quota of protein in your diet. Additionally, carbohydrates at an amount of 28.2g are present in this wrap which undoubtedly comes from the whole wheat chapati. These two essential nutrients cater to your balanced meal plan of the day.

Oil cannot be diminished totally from any recipe. Due to the richness of the seekh kebab and the vegetable oil used, brings the total fat content to 23.5g. This meal of course cannot be consumed daily deeming its generous fat allotment.

Other micronutrients like sodium, calcium, potassium and iron are also present in this Chicken Seekh Wrap.

If you are a seekh kebab lover like me then this recipe will definitely blow your mind. I mean, who would say no to Seekh kabab wrapped in a roti/chapati? Also, the seekh kebab in the below recipe is a store-bought one and has to be defrosted before it is done. Preparing your own seekh kebab isn’t a difficult work too. All you need are minced meat, few spices and a charcoal enrichment at last to give the recipe a tandoor vibe.

Utilising a store-bought kebab was trouble-free and made the deed very easy for me.

Chicken Seekh Wrap is one of my favourite recipes that I’ve tried in the past months. Moreover, the quality of nutrients enriched in this wrap is truly remarkable. More importantly, the calorie content of 380 kcal says it all about the wholesomeness of this meal.

This wrap can pass as delicious at the same time a nutritious lunch or dinner.
