3 Suggestions for this Week


Before we realised, another week has started. But it’s funny how some of us really aren’t aware of the days and weeks we’re actually on, in this lockdown.

Some suggestions for starting this (and other) week(s) on a carefree note,

1. Start with determination

Brush off delusions on determination. Determination is just good health and mind, not something that’s hard to achieve. Hydrate yourself well and good. Be in the present and ‘Focus’. Negative thoughts doesn’t do us any good, does it? Pile up some confidence and faith in God and you’re good to go.

2. Take care of your skin

This can be therapeutic and a great investment. A skin care routine is really not needed for taking care of your skin. Don’t be fooled by those channels on YouTube like vogue that bring on models to demonstrate their beauty “secrets”. Trust me, a good facial cleanser that moisturises your skin is all that’s important.

If you haven’t paid enough attention to your skin, this week is a good place to start.

Random question, have you heard about the Indian fairness cream company ‘fair and lovely’ changing their name to ‘glow and lovely’? What’re your thoughts on it?

3. Take up some entertainment

Be it some movie or a book to read, choose something to lighten up your mood in these weekdays. I love to do religious reading and sometimes a movie or journaling.
